Mental Wellness with Ana Serna Garcia, LCSW, EMDR, CSTIP

Meet with Ana Serna Garcia, LCSW, EMDR, CSTIP, primary counselor at Monmouth Family Health Center. Ana has worked for the VNA, New Hope, and Monmouth Medical Center throughout her career. Ana will conduct future group sessions that will address mental health issues and discuss resources available to those who require them. The group will meet monthly and will serve as a starting point for future, specialized groups. Your participation can help us grow the program and meet the needs of our community.
